Dillon Palczewski

Dillon is all about business. He is genuinely interested in your operation and how our team can help you achieve your goals. Dillon has a B.S. in finance, a masters in accounting from MSU, and has a well-rounded business background. Dillon gained his experience by working in banking, public accounting and as an entrepreneur in the tech industry. For Lost Cabin Capital, Dillon prepares taxes, builds strategic plans for businesses, oversees bookkeeping and payroll services, and is an invaluable resource for solving business problems!



Kristal Hamm

Kristal joined our team with 15 years of accounting experience. The first seven years’ experience was both in public and private accounting in the accounting service. The last eight years she has spent preparing both business and personal tax returns. Kristal works closely with Dillon to prepare tax returns and will also be assisting Lost Cabin Capital's bookkeeping team. We believe that you will enjoy working with Kristal and appreciate her knowledge and fun personality.



Aaste Palczewski

Aaste is organized, friendly and a great strategic thinker. With a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Montana State University and a certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Aaste does part-time admin tasks for Lost Cabin Capital. Aaste currently works as a full-time Mom of two but is always happy to help out the accounting team when needed!

Melissa Crowe

Melissa comes to Lost Cabin Capital with over 24 years of experience working for both large and small companies providing her years of valuable experience in not only general bookkeeping and accounting, but also business logistics, management, and customer service. 

Having spent most of her career in both the construction and trade industries, Melissa offers an added wealth of knowledge and understanding to any client of this demanding industry. With Melissa’s years of experience, attention to detail, and natural passion for balancing numbers, she is eager to help and share her experience.

Erika Crowe

Erika Crowe joined the Lost Cabin Capital team in the Fall of 2022. She received her degree in Marketing in 2009 from the University of Montana, though we will not hold it against her (Go Bobcats!). Erika worked as a project manager for several years before getting her QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification. Not only does Erika keep the Lost Cabin Capital team organized with her project management expertise, but she keeps our business clients organized with their accounting throughout the year! Erika is creative, kind, hard-working & can easily streamline your accounting operations.
